I booked the Hyatt for my wife's Liverpool slots birthday. The room on the 21st floor was fantastic with great views over Birmingham. Bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom very tidy.

Rodents seem to be a problem exacerbated by discarded food and litter. It’s just disgusting. The prices of a number activities was a bit unreasonable and sometimes fair. This place and the people who love it is not for me.
The gaming floor was busy and the atmosphere was excellent for a Friday. Had some food, where the prices were quite reasonable, and a real ale from the Bar.
Will defo be back next time we are in Birmingham - thanks to all the Manager and all her team for making our stay so great.
This has to be my favourite place in Birmingham. Loads of activities to do as well as many food options. Definitely recommend

So that was written over a year ago, since then the resteraunt has deteriorated with slow service and poor menu. The bar food is OK but restricted menu with many items not available. Some staff have developed an attitude problem.

First impressions, it wasn't obvious to see when walking towards it and following Google maps, but hey, it wasn't far to walk from New Street. Good location and a nice looking hotel once inside. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, with a large bathroom plus a kitchenette.
We had booked a double King and our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The view from our hotel room was exquisite with the Library of Birmingham and the Christmas rides being lit up in front of it.
Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff.
